The solution
Counter sales with split payments and cash closing, orders with structured addresses, versioned recipes with substitutions, expiry-aware inventory (first-expired, first-out), production sheets, deliveries with proof, pre-order campaigns with online deposits, a public catalog and Mexican e-invoicing data.
How it was built
Monorepo with API and web, Mercado Pago payments (verified webhooks and reconciliation of expired payments), address autocomplete, assisted WhatsApp, privacy notice with recorded consent and tests for critical flows.
