The solution
An installable web app (PWA) with a local replica, a queue of pending changes and sync on reconnect, with user-visible conflict resolution.
How it was built
Each change carries a unique id and version; the server applies each operation exactly once and answers applied, conflict or retry. Per-user local replica and role-based permissions.

Sessions that are never lost, consistent data across devices and an experience that feels native.
